Terms of Service

By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

AirSure Auto (“AirSure,” “we,” “us”) is a mobile tire-pressure maintenance service operating in the San Francisco Bay Area. “You” means the person who books the visit.

2. What the service includes

A standard visit includes:

  1. Measuring the pressure in each tire with a calibrated gauge.
  2. Setting each tire’s pressure to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended specification, as shown on the vehicle’s tire placard.
  3. Measuring tread depth at points we can reach.
  4. A visual check of the tire surfaces we can see.
  5. A written visit report.

Where you ask and it is safe to do so, we also check a spare tire.

3. What the service does not include

We do not repair, patch, plug, seal, mount, balance, rotate, or replace tires. We do not remove wheels, lift the vehicle, service tire pressure sensors, perform alignments, or do any other mechanical work. We do not apply tire sealant.

4. What our inspection can and cannot detect

Our inspection is visual and non-invasive. It is limited to the surfaces we can see and reach at the time of the visit, given the lighting, the vehicle’s position, and the space around it.

We cannot detect conditions that are internal or hidden, including internal tire damage, belt or ply separation, leaks at the bead or wheel, wheel defects, sensor faults, or damage on surfaces we cannot see. Tread depth readings are measured at accessible points and may vary across the tire.

Our report records what we observed during the visit. It is not a guarantee that a tire, wheel, or vehicle is free of defects or safe to drive. A slow leak may not show up during a visit.

5. Existing condition of your vehicle

You understand that the condition of your tires, wheels, valves, and sensors existed before our visit. This includes wear, cracking, punctures, leaks, and damage. Adding air and measuring tread does not cause these conditions.

6. Recommendations and your responsibility

If we flag a concern, we will tell you and note it in your report. You are responsible for acting on those recommendations, for having a licensed tire shop inspect anything we flag, and for deciding whether and how to drive the vehicle. We are not responsible for the results of driving a vehicle against our recommendations.

7. How we set pressure

We set pressure to the manufacturer’s specification on the vehicle’s placard. Where it helps us detect a slow leak, we may set pressure up to 1 psi above that specification, never above the maximum printed on the tire. If you ask us to use a different pressure, we will note your request in the report.

8. Access and authorization

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized by its owner to book this service. You authorize us to access the vehicle where it is parked, including when you are not present. You are responsible for any permission, fee, or access needed to reach the vehicle, such as a garage or gated lot. We will enter the vehicle only with your permission, and only to read the tire placard or the tire pressure display.

9. Scheduling and payment

We confirm your visit time after you book. Same-day visits carry the same-day fee shown at booking. Visits outside our regular routes may be scheduled in the evening. Payment is due after the visit at the price shown when you booked. Tips are optional.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. Our total liability for any claim arising from a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.
  2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as towing, missed travel, lost time, or lost income.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

11. If you believe we caused damage

Tell us within 48 hours of the visit, at support@airsureauto.com or (510) 500-5189. Include photos, and give us a chance to inspect before any repair is made.

12. Photos and records

We photograph tires and gauge readings to keep accurate records. We use them for your report and our records, and we do not publish photos or details that identify you or your vehicle without your permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that visit.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law.

15. Entire agreement and severability

These terms are the full agreement between you and AirSure for each visit. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
